Activity Status Codes and
Explanation:
Each year is divided into two
6-month activity periods for
Study Group Leaders: Jan 1 -
June 30, & July 1 - Dec 31.
Status Column
Codes:
-
Active:
A Leader who’s currently
leading a class (or
supporting other Leader(s)
leading a class), or someone
who’s planning to lead a
class within the current
6-month activity period.

Standby:
A Leader who’s NOT currently
leading a class (nor
supporting other Leader(s)
leading a class) due to lack
of student interest and
attendance in Leader’s
geographical location.
However, the Standby
implies the Leader is ready
to lead a class should
enough students sign up.

Inactive:
A Leader who’s NOT currently
leading a class (nor
supporting other Leader(s)
leading a class) and does
NOT plan to lead a class
within the current 6-month
activity period. Reasons for
being Inactive could
range from (but are not limited
to) personal matters, taking
a break, not having the time
in the activity period, etc.

updated as needed.
